I am a British actor, director and writer currently based in New York City.
My journey in the arts began in Oxford, where I was fortunate enough to study at the MCS Theatre Academy under Adrian Noble. From there, I gained a place at St John’s College, Cambridge University, where I received a BA (Hons) in Theology and Religious Studies in 2019, as well as being awarded the prestigious Sheikh Zayed Prize for my work in Islamic Studies. In October 2021 I moved to New York City to study at the William Esper Studio under the direct tutelage of Suzanne Esper.
After graduating from the Esper Studio, I co-founded Telos Ensemble - a NYC-based theatre & production company - in September 2023 alongside fellow Esper alum Mitchell Pope. Telos Ensemble has now gone on to perform original productions in both the UK & US.
My plays ‘Telos’ and ‘Lake George’ have received multiple Off-Broadway runs at the Chain Theatre and my writing, both prose and poetry, has been published in US & UK magazines alike. My next play, ‘Paris is Dead’, is currently in development.
